Frank-kebabs ingredients

  • 1⁄2 med Green Pepper
  • -- cut into 12 squares
  • 1 c Boiling water
  • 1⁄2 Onion, cut into 6 wedges
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes, stemmed
  • 1 lb Potatoes (canned), drained
  • 6 All-meat franks (2 oz. each)
  • -- cut in thirds
  • 1⁄2 c Barbecue Sauce

Cooking Frank-kebabs

1. Cook green pepper squares in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2. Thread vegetables and franks onto six 12-inch skewers.
3. Brush with barbecue sauce.
4. Broili, occasionally basting with sauce, until browned.
5. Turn and repeat for the other side, about 15 minutes total cooking time.
