Frankfurter Casserole ingredients

  • 1 1⁄4 c bean & bacon soup, undiluted
  • 1 1⁄4 c water
  • 2 c frankurter, cut in 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 onions, green, finely chopped
  • 1⁄2 c Celery, chopped
  • 2 T mustard
  • 1 c biscuits, ready-mix

Cooking Frankfurter Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mixi all ingredients except biscuits.
3. Boil gently 5 minutes.
4. Put about 3/4 cup mixture into each of 8 individual baking dishes and top each with biscuit.
5. Bakei until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
6. Serve at once.
