Four Cheese, Pasta and Beef ingredients

  • 6 oz penne or other tube pasta
  • 3⁄4 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cn 14 1/2 oz Chunky Pasta Style Stewed tomatoes (DelMonte)
  • 1 c Sliced green onions
  • 1 pk (3 oz) cream cheese
  • 1⁄2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1⁄2 c Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1⁄2 c Shredded sharp
  • -Cheddar Cheese

Cooking Four Cheese, Pasta and Beef

1. Cook pasta as package directs; drain.
2. In skillet brown meat.
3. Salti and pepper to taste.
4. Add tomatoes; cook uncovered until slightly thickened.
5. Stiri in onions and cream cheese.
6. Tossi with remaining ingredients.
7. Cover 2 minutes to melt cheeses.
8. Prep and cook time: 30 minutes.
