- 1 c COOKED RICE(LEFTOVER)
- 1⁄2 t margarine
- 1 T Sesame seeds
- 1 stalk Celery, chopped
- 1⁄4 t CHIX BROTH
- 1⁄2 Bulb Onion, chopped
- 1 clv garlic, chopped
- 2 Sprig parsley, chopped
Cooking Fortune''s Fried Rice
1. HEAT PAN AND MELT MARGARINE.
2. DROP GARLIC TILL MEDIUM BROWN,THEN DROP SESSAME SEEDS TILL BROWN.
3. ADD ONIOS,CELERY AND CHIX BROTH,MIX WELL THEN ADD COOKED RICE.
4. STIR WELL TILL ALL INGREDIENTS IS WELL MIXED.
5. FRY RICE TILL MEDIUM FRIED OR DEPENDS THE TEXTURE OF THE LEFTOVER OR COOKED RICE.
6. PUT COOKED FORTUNE'S FRIED RICE IN A MOULDING CUP, THEN SERVE IT HOT AND TOPPED WITH CHOPPED PARSLEY.
