Fondue Gruyere Suisse ingredients

  • 2 c Swiss cheese
  • 2 c Gruyere Cheese
  • 3 T flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Dry mustard
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Dry white wine
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t worchestershire sause
  • 2 lb Vegetables
  • 2 lb Croutons

Cooking Fondue Gruyere Suisse

1. Combine swiss, gruyere, flour, mustard, and garlic powder-toss to mix well.
2. Combine wine, worcestershire, and ΒΌ cup water in a casserole.
3. Place into the microwave and cook on high for 90 seconds add cheese mixture and microwave on 50% for 7-9 minutes, until cheese has melted, stirring every 2 minutes.
4. Spoon into a fondue pot or serve in a heated bowl.
5. Arrange fresh vegetables and bread cubes as dippers.
6. Have plenty of skewers or fondue forks available.
7. Serve hot, reheating as necessary.
