Fondant patties

1. Tint fondant with any desired food coloring.
2. Flavor to suit the taste.
3. Kneadi until coloring and flavoring are well blended with fondant.
4. Form into patties.
5. Press nuts, raisins, candied cherries or other fruits in the top. If desired, dip into melted chocolate.
