Foccaccia ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • olive oil
  • Seasonings

Cooking Foccaccia

1. Let the dough rise for about 4 hours until double in size.
2. Punch down and roll out to fit a shallow paking pan or pizza pan. The dough should be about 1 inch thick.
3. Spread olive oil thinly on top. Salti and top with a season of you choice.
4. I love rosemary.
5. You can also add sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, onions, or any other herbs.
6. Bakei at 375°F for 25-30 min or until golden.
7. Cut into squares and serve.
