Fluffy tuna pate ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Cut in little blocks
  • 14 oz Tuna -Albacore -water packed
  • 2 T Dry white wine
  • 2 T Lemon juice
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 t dill weed
  • 2 T parsley, chopped

Cooking Fluffy tuna pate

1. Beat all ingredients, except parsley, together.
2. Stiri in parsley.
3. This is delicious, either as a spread on crackers, or for sandwiches.
4. You can cut it in half if desired.
5. This will freeze well.
