- Crust:
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Reduced Fat Oreo® cookie crumbs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c reduced fat margarine -- melted
- 3 T Granulated sugar
- FILLING
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese -- softened
- 14 oz fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 2483527⁄624973141 c reduced fat peanut butter
- 3 T lemon juice, bottled
- 1 t pure vanilla extract
- 1 c Cool Whip® Free -- thawed
- 2 t chocolate syrup
Cooking Fluffy Peanut Butter Pie
1. To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Press mixture firmly in a 9 pie pan. Spread crumb mixture evenly in pie pan. Chill 1 hour, or until firm.
3. Or, bake in a 375 oven for 10 minutes or until edges are brown.
4. Cool on rack before filling.
5. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
6. Mixi until smooth.
7. Foldi in whipped topping.
8. Turn into crust.
9. Chill 4 hours or until set.
