Fluffy bran pancakes or waffle mix ingredients

  • FOR THE MIX:
  • 4 c Whole-wheat flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Millet flour -- See Note.
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Rice flour -- See Note.
  • 2 T baking powder
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c bran
  • 1 T sea salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Powdered Milk
  • FOR PANCAKES OR WAFFLES:
  • 1 c Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 T Oil
  • 2 T Honey
  • 1 c Milk (or half milk/half
  • water

Cooking Fluffy bran pancakes or waffle mix

1. For the mix: stir the ingredients together.
2. Store, tightly sealed, in the frig.
3. Note: grind millet or rice in blender to make flour.
4. For a batch of pancakes or waffles: stir all together until well mixed and smooth.
5. Make the pancakes small, about 3 inches in diameter, as they can be turned more easily.
