Flounder 0r Sole Fillets

Flounder 0r Sole Fillets ingredients
- 4 Leaf lettuce leaves
- 1⁄4 c Minced fresh chives
- 1 T Minced fresh dill or
- 1 t Dried dill weed
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 2 t Prepared mustard
- 2 (8 Oz.) Flounder OR Sole
- Fillets
Cooking Flounder 0r Sole Fillets
1. Rinse Lettucei Under Cold Water; Place Leaves in A 1 1/2 Quart Casserolei.
2. Cover With Plastic Wrap; Turn Back 1 Corner To Vent.
3. Microwave At High For 1 Min. Place Lettuce On Paper Towels To Drain.
4. Combine chives, dill, Salti, Pepper & Mustardi; Mixi Well.
5. Splitfillets Lengthwise; Spread Chivei Mixture Evenly Over Each Fillet.
6. Roll Up Each Fillet Beginning With The Short End. Wrap Each Roll in A Lettuce Leaf & Place in A 1 1/2 Quart Casserole.
7. Cover With Plastic Wrap & Vent.
8. Microwave At High For 4 To 5 Min. Let Stand Covered 4 Min. Fat 1. 1. Chol. 57.
