Flank steak teriyaki 2 ingredients
- 4 -6 flank steaks
- 1 T Salad Oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 1 t Ginger
- 2483527⁄624973141 t MSG
- 4 -6 pineapple slices
- 2483527⁄624973141 c soy sauce
- 2 T sherry (optional)
- 1 Cloves garlic, crushed
Cooking Flank steak teriyaki 2
1. To form marinade, combine all except steaks and pineapple.
2. Mixi well and pour over steaks.
3. Let marinate 1 to 1-½ hours.
4. Fryi steaks in very hot oven or skillet brushing once with marinade.
5. Add pineapple during last few minutes, brush with marinade and cover.
6. Cook 3-5 min.
7. serve over rice.
