Cooking Five fragrant spice pork
1. Cut pork into 2x1-inch strips.
2. In a medium bowl, toss pork strips with soy sauce, sherry, sugar, salt, five-spice pwder, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
3. Let stand 10 minutes.
4. In a wok, heat oil over high heat until smoking.
5. Add pork and stir-fry until done, about 3 or 4 minutes.
6. Prep: 10 minutes stand: 10 minutes cook: 3 to 4 minutes.
