Fish marinade

Fish marinade ingredients
- 2 c Chablis wine
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 2 t Salt
- 2 T Creole mustard
- 1⁄2 t Ground cayenne pepper
Cooking Fish marinade
1. Mixi all ingredients together and stir well.
2. Use as a marinade, then as a basting sauce when you cook fish.
