Fish House Barbecue

Fish House Barbecue ingredients
- 2 c Tomato sauce; (15 oz. can)
- 1⁄2 c Dry white wine
- 4 T butter, melted
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 2 T Green onions; chopped
- 1 t Salad herbs, dried
- 1⁄2 t Sugar
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄8 t Hot pepper sauce
- 6 Trout, whole, dressed
Cooking Fish House Barbecue
1. In small saucepan, combine tomato sauce, wine, melted butter, lemon juice, green onion, salad herbs, sugar, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
2. Simmeri 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Grilli fish over hot coals 10 minutes on each side.
4. Brush both sides of fish with sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
5. Pass remaining sauce.
