Fish Fillet Sandwich with White Sauce ingredients

  • 4 sli White bread
  • 2 t butter
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c flour
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Milk
  • 2 sli fillet of trout or any white fish
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c grated mozarella or gruyere cheese
  • 2 t margarine
  • Salt, pepper and paprika

Cooking Fish Fillet Sandwich with White Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Spread margarine on half of the bread slices.
2. On the other half of the bread slices, sprinkle grated cheese and top with a dash of ground black pepper.
3. Place all bread slices on a baking tray, then bake in the oven using top heat, until the cheese is bubbly (about 2-3 minutes).
4. Poachi fish in salted water, cook for about 5-6 minutes.
5. Make a white sauce by melting the butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
6. Add the flour, then mix and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Pour in the milk, the mix well.
8. Seasoni with salt and pepper.
9. Let the sauce cook over low heat until it thickens.
10. Add the poached fish fillets to the white sauce and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
11. Place fish fillets and some white sauce on the toasted bread slices with margarine.
12. Sprinkle with paprika, then top with the toasted bread with melted cheese to make a sandwich.
