Fish Burgers with Spicy Sauce ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Raspberries
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 t Chopped garlic
- 1 t Tabasco sauce
- 1 T shredded lemon peel (dried or fresh)
- 1 T Cornstarch
- 1 lb fillet of trout or your choice of fish
- 2 T Chopped parsley
- 1 Eggs
- 1 Egg yolks
- 2 T Bread crumbs
- 1 T shredded lemon peel (dried or fresh)
- 2 T Cooking oil
Cooking Fish Burgers with Spicy Sauce
1. Place raspberries in a blender and puree.
2. Straini the puree through a cheese cloth, into a saucepan.
3. Add salt, sugar, chopped garlic, tabasco, lemon peel and cornstarch.
4. Bring to a quick boil, stirring constantly.
5. Remove from heat.
6. In a food processor, chop the fish fillet and parsley.
7. Transfer to a bowl, then add egg, egg yolk, breadcrumbs and lemon peel.
8. Pan-fry in cooking oil for about 3 minutes until golden brown on each side.
9. Serve with the raspberry sauce.
