Fish and Mushrooms

Fish and Mushrooms ingredients
- 1 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 T Oil
- 1 1⁄2 c Mushrooms; sliced thinly
- 1 lb Fish fillets; (cod, halibut sole) cut into 1" slices
- dsp Salt
- dsp Pepper
- 1 Stack celery; sliced thin
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T Dry sherry
Cooking Fish and Mushrooms
1. Preheat skillet(non-stick) and saute onion in oil. Add mushrooms and saute about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until mushrooms wilt.
2. Spread half of fillet slices on mushrooms; sprinkle with salt and pepper; and remaining fillet; sprinkle these with salt and pepper.
3. Add celery, soy sauce, and sherry; cook gently, covered, for ten minutes.
