  • 8 oz Onions
  • 1 oz garlic Puree
  • 8 oz Tomato sauce
  • 4 oz Catsup
  • 4 oz Wine vinegar
  • 2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz worchestershire sause
  • 4 oz Light-brown sugar
  • 1⁄3 c Red chile powder
  • 2 t Celery salt
  • 1 t Ground cumin
  • 3 T Liquid Smoke

Cooking Firefighter's Barbecue Dunk for Pork

1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium-low flame simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
2. Note: excellent for pork.
