Firefighter's Barbecue Dunk for Pork ingredients
- 8 oz Onions
- 1 oz garlic Puree
- 8 oz Tomato sauce
- 4 oz Catsup
- 4 oz Wine vinegar
- 2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz worchestershire sause
- 4 oz Light-brown sugar
- 1⁄3 c Red chile powder
- 2 t Celery salt
- 1 t Ground cumin
- 3 T Liquid Smoke
Cooking Firefighter's Barbecue Dunk for Pork
1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium-low flame simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
2. Note: excellent for pork.
