Fillets Stuffed with Cheese

Fillets Stuffed with Cheese ingredients
- 1⁄3 c butter
- 1 1⁄2 t garlic Powder
- 1 1⁄2 t basil leaves
- 2 T Chopped green onion
- 6 Fresh sole or orange roughy
- -fillets cut in half
- 1 large Ripe tomato, sliced
- 12 sli Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 T Grated Parmesan cheese
Cooking Fillets Stuffed with Cheese
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. In 13x9 baking pan melt butter.
3. Stiri in garlic and basil and grn onions.
4. Dip both sides of fillet halves into seasoned butter.
5. Set half of fillets aside other half place in pan. layer with 2-3 slice cheese and 1 slice tomatoe.
6. Cover with remaining fillet half sprinkle w/parm cheese.
7. Bakei for 25-35 min. or until fish flakes.
