- PEPPY CHEESE FILLING

- 2 T Mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 lb worchestershire sause

- 1 Jalapenos, Canned, To Taste
Cooking Filled hamburgers
1. * use one or more of these fillings in your hamburgers.
2. Your choice.
3. ** use process american or cheddar cheese.
4. Mixi all ingredients except the fillings.
5. Shape mixture into 12 thin patties, each about 3 ½-inches in diameter.
6. Top each of 6 patties with a filling, spreading to within ½-inch of the edge.
7. Cover with a remaining patty, sealing the edges firmly.
8. Broili or grill patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 minutes.
9. Peppy cheese filling: mix all ingredients.
