Filipino style Fajita

Filipino style Fajita ingredients
- 300 g Pork, sliced
- 100 g Green beans
- 1 Onions, sliced
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Red-hot chilli, chopped
- 2 clv garlic, crushed
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T Vinegar
- 2 T Tomato puree
- sprinkle of Sugar
- Dash of fish sauce
- 1 pk Mini Tortillas (micro wave)
Cooking Filipino style Fajita
1. In a pan, heat garlic, onion, and chilli.
2. Add pork chops, and vegtables.
3. Add a little bit of water and let it simmer.
4. Add the Soysauce, Vinegari, dash of Fish sauce, and sprinkle some sugar.
5. The dish is done.
6. Wrap it with microwaved Tortillas (usually takes about 10 sec.
7. to heat), and you will have your FIlipino-style Fajitasi! *Best when dish is served cold with the hot tortillas.
