Fiddlehead salad

Fiddlehead salad ingredients
- 2 pk 10 oz. frozen fiddleheads
- 5 T Wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 t Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Drops tabasco sauce
- 12 T olive oil
- 4 Green onions, chopped
Cooking Fiddlehead salad
1. Thaw fiddleheads and mix with the vinegar and the two sauces and salt & pepper to taste.
2. Let marinate in fridge for 4-8 hours.
3. Add oil and onions before serving.
