- 4 c Cabbage, shredded
- 4 c Carrots, shredded
- 2 c Broccoli, chopped
- 1 c Raisins
- 1⁄2 c Sunflower seeds
- Dressing
- 1 c Low-fat Plain Yogurt
- 1⁄4 c chutney
- 1 t curry powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Cooking Fibre-rich: winter garden salad
1. In bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, broccoli, raisins and sunflower seeds.
2. Dressingi: in small bowl, stir together yogurt, chutney and curry powder.
3. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well to coat evenly.
4. Seasoni with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Per serving: about 190 calories, 6 g protein, 5 g fat, 34 g carbohydrate.
