- 1 c Dry red wine
- 1 1⁄2 T soy sauce
- 1⁄4 t Oregano
- 1⁄4 t Marjoram
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
- 2 lb Lean meat (flank or round
- Steak, poultry, fish)
Cooking Fat-free marinade for baking or broiling
1. Crumble oregano and marjoram into wine and soy sauce.
2. Add pepper.
3. Place meat in a plastic bag, pour marinade over, and seal bag. Chill 12 to 18 hours.
4. Bastei meat with marinade while cooking.
