- Mazola No Stick cooking spra
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Orange juice
- 2 Egg whites
- c Karo light or dark corn syru
- 1 t Orange peel
- 1 c Fresh or frozen cranberries
Cooking Fat-Free Cranberry Orange Muffins
1. Spray 12 (2 ½-inch) muffin cups with cooking spray.
2. In large bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
3. In medium bowl, using a wire whisk or fork, thoroughly mix sugar and orange juice.
4. Whiski in egg whites, corn syrup and orange peel until blended.
5. Gradually add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.
6. Stiri in cranberries.
7. Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
8. Bakei in 400 °F. Oven 25 minutes or until lightly browned and firm to touch.
9. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
10. Serve warm or cool completely on wire rack.
11. Store in airtight container.
