Fast Refried Beans ingredients

  • 2 c Cooked pinto beans
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c rendered bacon fat
  • 1 t Kosher salt
  • 1 t Oregano

Cooking Fast Refried Beans

1. Mash the cooked beans with a ricer or potato masher.
2. Heat the bacon fat in a large skillet or pan, over a medium flame.
3. Add the mashed beans, salt, and oregano.
4. Heat and stir until all bacon fat has been absorbed and beans dry slightly.
5. Serve hot.
