Fanfold baked potatoes

Fanfold baked potatoes ingredients
- 4 Potatoes
- 2 T Marg, melted
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 1 t Salt
- 2 T Green onions, sliced thin
- 4 T Cheddar, grated
- 2 T parmesan
Cooking Fanfold baked potatoes
1. Directions: peel potatoes, rinse and pat dry. Cut into thin slices but not all the way through.
2. Spread to make a fan. Place in a micro-wave dish and sprinkle with melted marg, parsley, salt and green onions.
3. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, re-arranging after 5 minutes.
4. Let rest for 5 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with the cheeses.
6. Microwave another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and potatoes soft.
