- 1 T Nonfat Dried Milk
- 1 t Salt
- 1 T Apple sauce
- 1⁄2 T Maple syrup
- 1⁄2 T Brown sugar
- 1⁄4 c Canned pumpkin
- 1⁄2 t vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 t Ground ginger
- 1⁄4 t Allspice
- 1⁄4 c Pumpkin seeds
- 2 t yeast
