Fall apart moose ingredients

  • -Two Billion Dollar Cookbook
  • 1 lb Alaskan sweet carrots
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1 pk Onion soup mix
  • Pepper
  • 2 Beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 onions, medium
  • 4 lb Moose rump roast
  • 2 c water
  • Salt
  • 2 T Cornstarch

Cooking Fall apart moose

1. Use a large crock pot on high temperature setting.
2. Dicei onions and carrots and put in crock pot. Add moose roast.
3. Slice garlic in small pieces.
4. Add water, garlic and onion soup.
5. Salti and pepper to taste.
6. Cover and cook for 4 hours.
7. Drain juice from meat into saucepan.
8. Add bouillon cubes.
9. Bring juice to boil.
10. Add cornstarch and stir until juice turns thick and clear.
11. Pour gravy (juice) back into the crock pot with the moose and carrots/onions.
12. Cook for another hour.
13. When done, slice moose in thin slices.
14. Place in center of serving platter, garnish with carrots and onions.
15. Pour a small amount of gravy over moose and serve.
16. Mashed potatoes, rice or baked potatoes are fantastic with the remaining gravy.
