- 1⁄4 c tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1⁄2 c Water, or more
- 1 T lemon juice, fresh
- -squeezed
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Cooking Falafel (tahini dressing)
1. mix all ingredients.
2. the mixture should be the consistency of a creamy salad dressing.
3. Add more water, if necessary.
4. use as a sauce for a falafel sandwich.
