Falafel 2 ingredients

  • 2 c Chickpeas, cooked
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c parsley
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Dried milk
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Dry mustard
  • 1 t Cumin
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Chili powder
  • Celery salt to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • Oil as needed

Cooking Falafel 2

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Pureei beans & parsley in a blender.
3. Put in a bowl & add the other ingredients except the oil. Mixi well & spoon onto a baking sheet.
4. Flatten each patty & brush with oil. Bakei until crusty & golden, about 15 minutes.
5. This can be re-heated once cooked by frying in hot oil with some seasonings in the oil.
