Fajita Wraps With Jalapeno Cream ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Sour cream
- 1 T ORTEGA® Diced Jalapeños
- 1 t Lime Juice
- 1 pk ORTEGA® Frozen Beef or Chicken Fajitas
- 4 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1⁄2 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 T Chopped fresh cilantro
Cooking Fajita Wraps With Jalapeno Cream
1. COMBINE sour cream, jalapeños and lime juice in small bowl.
2. SPOON fajitas down center of each tortilla; sprinkle evenly with cheese and cilantro.
3. Top with jalapeño cream; fold in one end and roll up.
