Escalloped Salmon ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 c Bread or cracker crumbs
  • 3 T flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Milk

Cooking Escalloped Salmon

1. Drain salmon; reserve juice.
2. Melt butter, add flour, stirring until smooth.
3. Add milk, stir until thickened, add salmon liquor.
4. Seasoni to taste.
5. Flakei salmon, add to sauce and place in greased bakin dish.
6. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
7. Bakei at 350 F. for abt. 20 minutes.
