Ensemada

Ensemada ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 10 ea Egg yolks
- 1 lb butter
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Warm water
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 T yeast
Cooking Ensemada
1. Mixi all ingredients and let rise.
2. When mixture rises, punch down the dough and let rise again.
3. Cut the dough into small portions.
4. Roll each portion, spreading some more butter.
5. Coil the dough and place in greased pan. Let rise.
6. Bakei at 350 °F for around 4 minutes.
7. While warm, brush with butter and sprinkle sugar and parmesan cheese.
8. Ensemada recipe.
