English Muffins(Lerner)

English Muffins(Lerner) ingredients
- 1 c Warm water
- 1 T dry yeast
- 2 T Vegatable oil
- 1 t Salt
- 2 c Unbleached white flour
- 1 c Whole-wheat flour
Cooking English Muffins(Lerner)
1. In a bowl, mix water, yeast, oil salt.
2. Beat in the white flour, followed by the whole wheat flour.
3. Mixi well.
4. Oil the dough's surface allow to proof till light, about 25 minutes.
5. Kneadi dough slightly, till soft.
6. Cut into 6 poeces roll each piece in cornmeal.
7. Form each ball into muffins, 3 3?4 inches in diameter.
8. Place on a cookie sheet.
9. Preheat oven to 350F bake for 15 minutes.
