Emily's spinach salad ingredients

  • 2⁄3 c Vegatable oil
  • 1⁄4 c Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 t Lemon juice
  • 2 t soy sauce
  • 1 t Sugar
  • 1 t Dry mustard
  • 1⁄2 t curry powder
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 t Seasoned pepper
  • 1⁄4 t garlic Powder
  • 1 pk (10-oz.) fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 5 Bacon strips, cooked and
  • Crumbled
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Cooking Emily's spinach salad

1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake until well mixed; set aside.
2. Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
3. Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently.
4. Garnishi with crumbled bacon and egg slices.
5. Yield: 6 - 8 servings.
