Emily's spinach salad ingredients
- c Vegatable oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 t Lemon juice
- 2 t soy sauce
- 1 t Sugar
- 1 t Dry mustard
- 2483527⁄624973141 t curry powder
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Seasoned pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder
- 1 pk (10-oz.) fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces
- 5 Bacon strips, cooked and
- Crumbled
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Cooking Emily's spinach salad
1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake until well mixed; set aside.
2. Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
3. Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently.
4. Garnishi with crumbled bacon and egg slices.
5. Yield: 6 - 8 servings.
