Elfie''s Venison Sausage ingredients

  • 2 lb Venison burger
  • 2 T Liquid Smoke
  • 1⁄4 t garlic Powder
  • 1 t Mustard seed
  • 1⁄8 t Black pepper
  • 1⁄2 T Onion salt
  • 1 c water
  • 2 T tender quick salt

Cooking Elfie''s Venison Sausage

1. Mixi well.
2. Shape into long roll; wrap in aluminum foil (shiny side toward meat).
3. Refrigerate 24 hours.
4. Pierce holes in bottom of foil with fork.
5. Bakei 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
6. Refrigerate when cool.
