  • 1 pk 8 oz. noodles
  • 1 c Cottage cheese
  • 1 pk 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Sour cream
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped green onion
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped green pepper
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder
  • 2 T Melted butter
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Parmesan cheese

Cooking Elfie''s Venison Casserole

1. Browni venison and onions in butter.
2. Stiri in tomato sauce and sugar; set aside.
3. Boil noodles according to package directions; drain.
4. Combine cheeses, sour cream, green onions, green pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder and set aside.
5. Butteri a 3 quart casserole dish; pour in half the mixture, layer half of the noodles, cover with all of the cheese mixture.
6. Top with remaining noodles; pour melted butter over casserole.
7. Top with remaining meat sauce and sprinkle with Parmesani cheese.
8. Bakei at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
