Elanor's Sweet Potato Pie ingredients

  • 2 c Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Nutmeg
  • 13 oz Evaporated milk
  • 2 t lemon extract
  • 2 Deep dish unbaked pie shells

Cooking Elanor's Sweet Potato Pie

1. beating well.
2. After each one, stir in salt, nutmeg, milk and extract.
3. Pour into 2 deep dish unbaked, pie shells.
4. Bakei at 425 for 20 minutes.
5. Then lower oven to 325 and bake for 30-40 minutes longer.
