  • 1 c Soy milk

Cooking Elaine's bran muffins (ovo)

1. Recipe by: elaine french preparation time: 0:40 combine flour, soda, and egg replacer.
2. In a large bowl, pour boiling water over bran.
3. Mixi well.
4. Add nut milk, applesauce, honey, vanilla and raisins.
5. Blend well.
6. Stiri dry ingredients quickly into wet ingredients.
7. Spoon batter into non stick muffin tin. Bakei at 425 °F for 20 minutes.
