  • 2 T flour
  • 1⁄2 c Milk
  • 1 large Onions
  • 1 T Vegatable oil
  • 1 T shredded parsely
  • 1 pn mint (obtional)
  • 1 pn Black pepper
  • 1 pn Salt

Cooking egyptian omelette (egga)

1. cut the onion into small pieces heat the oil then add the onions in a bowl combine the remaining ingredients when the onions are light golden add the egg mixture.
