Eggs bene-lox ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Slice toast OR
- 2483527⁄624973141 English muffin, toasted
- Sour cream
- 1 T Hollandaise sauce (#25)
- 1 sli Lox
- Kosher caviar
Cooking Eggs bene-lox
1. Soak toast in sour cream and place in ramekin or small baking dish.
2. Cover toast with lox and break egg on top. Bakei in 350°F.
3. oven for abt. 12 to 15 min. , or until egg is set. Remove from baking dish.
4. Add hollandaise sauce and sprinkle with caviar.
5. Serve immediately.
