Eggplant Bharta ingredients

  • 2 med Eggplants, halved
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Finely chopped onions
  • 2 Green chilies, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 T Ghee
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Oil

Cooking Eggplant Bharta

1. Rub the ghee over the cut side of the eggplant.
2. Roasti until the skin is lightly burned.
3. The eggplant should be completely soft & tender.
4. Peeli & mash the pulp with a potato masher.
5. Mixi well with onion, chilis, salt, cilantro & oil. Fryi in a skillet with a little oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
6. The mixture should be fairly dry.
