Eggnog muffins

Eggnog muffins ingredients
- 2 c flour
- c Sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Prepared eggnog
- 2483527⁄624973141 c dark rum
- 5 T butter, melted
- 1 Egg, beaten to blend
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Freshly grated nutmeg
Cooking Eggnog muffins
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Greasei one l2-cup muffin tin. Sifti flour; sugar; baking powder and salt into large bowl.
3. Stiri in eggnog, rum, butter, egg and nutmeg.
4. Spoon into prepared tin. Bakei until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
5. Cool muffins completely before serving.
6. Enjoy! this is from a dec l985 bon appetit.
