Egg Fu Yung 3 ingredients

  • 1⁄4 c Meat
  • 1⁄2 c Onion
  • 1⁄2 c Celery
  • 1 c Bean sprouts
  • 1⁄2 c Bamboo shoots
  • 3 Egg
  • 1 c cold soup stock
  • 5 t Cornstarch
  • 2 t soy sauce
  • 1 t Mirin

Cooking Egg Fu Yung 3

1. Combine all ingredients except eggs.
2. Add eggs, and mix well just before cooking.
3. Fryi in peanut oil until egg is cooked.
4. Remove to platter, pour some gravy over, garnish with green onions and sesame seed.
5. For gravy, combine stock, cornstarch, soy sauce, and mirin.
6. Just before serving, bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
