Egg Drop Soup 1 ingredients

  • 2 c chicken broth
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t white pepper
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t soy sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Sesame oil
  • 1 t Cornstarch
  • 1 Eggs

Cooking Egg Drop Soup 1

1. Heat broth, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil until it just begins to boil.
2. Add veggies if desired.
3. (A tablespoon or two of frozen corn or peas and a chopped green onion.
4. ) Add cornstarch by mixing with either water or some of the broth to make a thin paste and stirring it into the soup to thicken.
5. Whiski the egg and using a fork, drizzle over the boiling soup.
6. Reducei heat to keep it warm until ready to serve.
