Eden isle chicken

Eden isle chicken ingredients
- 3 TO
- 4 Chicken breasts, halve, bone
- 1 Jar dried beef (2.5-oz)
- 6 TO
- 8 sli Bacon
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cn Mushrooms (4-oz)
- 1 pt Sour cream
- 1 pk Cream cheese, softened, 3-oz
Cooking Eden isle chicken
1. Layer beef in large buttered casserole.
2. Wrap a slice of bacon around each breast.
3. Place in casserole.
4. Mixi soup, sour cream, cheese and mushrooms thoroughly.
5. Pour over chicken, spreading evenly.
6. Cover with foil and bake at 325 °F for 2-½ hours.
7. Take off cover the last 30 minutes.
8. Serve over rice.
