Easy spinach goulash

1. Bring water to a boil for the noodles while steaming the spinach.
2. Cook noodles al'dente, and drain water.
3. Place noodles back in pot and add spinach and can of tomatoes.
4. Mixi with large spoon, add garlic.
5. Salti and Pepper to taste.
6. Serve in large portions.
7. Good with a nice Pinot Grigio.
