Easy Skillet Chicken ingredients
- 2 Skinless boneless chicken br
- 2 Onions
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 t Vegatable oil
- 1 t Diet margarine
- 1 pk Frozen vegetables
- 1⁄2 c lowcal Italian salad dressin
- 2 T Cooking wine
- no-salt seasoning mix
- 2 c Pineapple
- 1 T Low-sodium soy sauce
Cooking Easy Skillet Chicken
1. Spray heated skillet with cooking spray.
2. Add oil and margarine.
3. Prepare chicken by cutting into 1' by 3' chunks.
4. Browni chicken and onion in oil and margarine.
5. Tossi vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower are a good choice) with salad dressing.
6. Add to hot chicken.
7. Sprinkle with seasoning mix. Stiri fry until done, about 5 to 8 minutes.
8. Mixi pineapple chunks and soy sauce, stirring to coat pineapple.
9. Garnishi with pineapple chunks.
